Jim Witterschein, Co-founder State Exam Pass, LLC
Jim worked full-time as first an electrician and then a lineman from 1984 until 1994, when he made a career change to Information Technology. His electrical experience was achieved working for large defense firms such as E-Systems and Raytheon in primarily commercial, industrial, and distribution positions at DOD installations such as the Military Ocean Terminal, Bayonne, NJ, the US Army at Fort Monmouth, NJ, and private-sector entities such as Revlon Cosmetics in Edison, NJ, and Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH.
While in IT, Jim worked as a Project Manager, Network Engineer, and Network Manager for a number of Fortune 500 companies such as Marsh & McLennan, Philipp Brothers, Ricoh Business Systems, M&M Mars Candies, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Unisys, Chanel, and KGMB9 in Honolulu.
Beginning in 1989, Jim held an Electrical Contractor's license in NJ, as well as a Master Electrician's license in VT (with reciprocal licenses in NH and MA). Jim retired his VT-NH-MA Master Electrician's license in 1996, and his NJ Electrical Contractor's license in 2005, when he moved to the beautiful island of Oahu, in the great state of Hawaii.

Robert Blau Sr, Co-founder State Exam Pass, LLC
Robert is a results-oriented technology leader who has managed high-performance web and application development teams for major corporations. For the past 12 years, Robert has focused on defining the architecture, and managing the development of brand-enhancing marketing and e-commerce web sites, Rich Internet Applications and web-services.
Before starting State Exam Pass, LLC with his partner, Robert worked in the luxury goods industry for the premiere luxury brand, Chanel, and also for a luxury corporate-gifting internet startup, Camdens.
Robert has also worked as an manager, architect or developer at companies such as Pearson, Simon & Schuster, IBM and Lotus Development Corporation, as well as for financial services companies such as American Express, Goldman Sachs, First Boston, Citibank and Citicorp.
Robert has a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Computer Science and Mathematics from Manhattan College, Riverdale, NY.
